فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيۡهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنِينَ

(199) And he had recited it to them [perfectly],^[1061] they would [still] not have been believers in it.

[1061]- As a miracle from Allāh.
