وَٱلنَّجۡمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسۡجُدَانِ
and the stars[1] and trees prostrate [to Allah][2].
[1] "Najm" is also a vegetation without a trunk, stalk, or stem.
[2] i.e., they obediently submit to the laws of Allah. See 22:18.
