41 : 28

وَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ أَئِمَّةٗ يَدۡعُونَ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِۖ وَيَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ لَا يُنصَرُونَ

We made them leaders^[17] calling to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped.

[17] i.e., precedents or role models, followed by subsequent tyrants.
