تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ
2. The revelation of the Book (this Qur’ân) is from Allâh, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
