يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ
(21) He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned.
