وَلَا يَسۡتَثۡنُونَ
(18) Without making exception.[1727]
[1727]- i.e., without conceding that nothing can be accomplished unless Allāh wills, saying, "...if Allāh wills" ("in-shā’-Allāh"). See 18:23-24.
