اَللّٰهُ الصَّمَدُ ۟ۚ
అల్లాహ్! ఎవరి అక్కరా లేని వాడు.[1]
[1] అ'స్సమదు: Absolute, Eternal, Besought of All, to Whom obedience is rendered. Without whom no affair is accomplished సమస్త వ్యవహారాలు తన మీదనే ఆధారపడి ఉన్నవాడు, నిత్యుడు, శాశ్వితుడు, నిరంతరుడు. అందరూ ఆయనపై ఆధారపడి ఉన్నారు. ఆయనకు ఎవ్వరి అక్కర లేదు. ఆయన నిరుపేక్షాపరుడు. ఇది అల్లాహ్ (సు.తా.) అత్యుత్తమ పేర్లలో ఒకటి.
