وَأَنَّهُۥ كَانَ يَقُولُ سَفِيهُنَا عَلَى ٱللَّهِ شَطَطٗا
And that our foolish one [i.e., Iblees][1766] has been saying about Allāh an excessive transgression.
[1766] A plural form may also be understood, i.e., "the foolish ones among us."
