وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِينَ
(198) And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners[1060]
[1060]- i.e., the non-Arabs or those who are not fluent in the Arabic language.
