ಅರ್ಥಗಳ ಅನುವಾದ ಶ್ಲೋಕ 94 ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಅನ್ನಹ್ಲ್ - ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ - ಮರ್ಕಝ್ ನೂರ್ ಇಂಟರ್‌ನ್ಯಾಶನಲ್ - ಪವಿತ್ರ ಕುರ್‌ಆನ್ ವಿಶ್ವಕೋಶ

94 : 16

وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَكُمۡ دَخَلَۢا بَيۡنَكُمۡ فَتَزِلَّ قَدَمُۢ بَعۡدَ ثُبُوتِهَا وَتَذُوقُواْ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِمَا صَدَدتُّمۡ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَكُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ

And do not take your oaths as [means of] deceit between you, lest a foot slip after it was [once] firm, and you would taste evil [in this world] for what [people] you diverted from the way of Allāh,^[714] and you would have [in the Hereafter] a great punishment.

[714] Referring to those who would be dissuaded from Islām as a result of a Muslim's deceit and treachery.
