فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱمۡرَأَتَهُۥ كَانَتۡ مِنَ ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ
(83) We salvaged him and his family, except his wife; she was among those remaining in doom[1682].
[1682] She was so condemned because she condoned the morally degrading behaviour of her people (cf. Ibn Taymiyyah, Majmūʿ al-Fatāwā, 15/344).
