وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
29. And you cannot will unless (it be) that Allâh wills - the Lord of the ‘Âlamîn (mankind, jinn and all that exists).
